Nick Phelps

Nick Phelps is a full-time full service real estate agent that serves the Tulsa area. He has lived in the Tulsa area for 35+ years and loves it. His family has been in the area for multiple generations, and he is currently raising his daughter with his wife in Broken Arrow.

Nick treats his clients with upmost professionalism, and firmly believes that all clients deserve an experience centered on the business philosophies of: honesty, integrity, performance, and transparency.

Nick started his professional career as an engineer and then obtained his MBA while working full-time. After over a decade of the corporate world, he then decided to pursue his passion of real estate. Given his education and previous work history, Nick is known for his attention to detail while also thinking of the big picture. Nick is a firm believer in continuous improvement and has engaged in over 100 hours of real estate classes to provide his clients with the latest strategies and the best possible real estate experience.

Upon starting his real estate career, Nick analyzed the different real estate agencies in the Tulsa area, and ultimately decided to go with Keller Williams (KW). His decision was determined by: NUMBER 1, the benefit KW would provide to his clients, KW’s role in the community, and KW’s team based structure and culture. When you work with Nick you won’t be passed around to random people on a team. When you call he will be the only one answering.
